The NEWLY RELEASED USA Swimming Age Group Motivational Time Standards for the 2025-2028 Quad. Below, you’ll find direct links to the official time standards, providing you with the essential tools to set ambitious goals and track your swimmer’s progress.

The USA Swimming Quad Standards, also known as the USA Swimming Age Group Motivational Time Standards, are benchmarks used to gauge the performance of age group swimmers across the United States. These standards are set for a four-year period (a “quad”), aligning with the Olympic cycle, and are updated every four years.

The standards are categorized by age groups and range from “B” times, which represent the entry-level standards, to “AAAA” times, which are elite standards. These times are used to motivate swimmers, set goals, and qualify for certain competitions.

The 2025-2028 Quad Standards will serve as the benchmarks for age group swimmers during this period, helping them and their coaches track progress and aim for higher levels of achievement in their swimming careers.

The official National Championship Qualifying Times are listed for each of the major U.S. events. Qualifying times, dates, and locations are updated yearly or as information is made available.
